GOOD HEALTH HABITS

All sort of habits which lead to create a healthy life are known as good health habits. When one follows good health habits certainly it generates healthy and balanced life. Good health habits must be formed from the childhood itself because it is difficult to from such habits during adulthood. There are several health habits that must be formed by every one in society. Washing hands using soap before taking meal is very important. Many of the children as well as adults do not wash their hands by using soap before having foods. They wash their hands for the sake of washing. It causes many illnesses such as tummy upset and indigestion.

Brushing teeth after meals is also an important health habit. But many  of the children as well as adults do not follow this. Some people brush their teeth before meal but it does not give any protection to teeth. Every one must brush teeth after meals because it helps to protect  teeth by removing food particles among teeth. Children must be made aware of the importance of washing hands properly because germs and dirt may get mixed with foods and will go into body through the digestive system. This may lead to health problems severely. 

Bathing daily is also another good health habit. It keeps the body very fresh and healthy. Forming  good food habits is also very significant and valuable. Food must be taken in regular intervals. When there is no a regular interval between two mmeals it would create poblems of digestive system. 

Body must be exercised regularly for the proper function of it,physical exercise helps to develop body in a shape and proper way. That is why atudents  are given morning physical exercise in schools. Those who do not engage in physical exercise are easily subjected to diseases. 

Some people have the habit of biting nails which is very unpleasant and it causes health issues. Children must be prevented of such bad habits and they must be made aware of ill effects  of such bad habits. 

As a whole every one must from good health habits because it  ensures a long life free from illnesses. All those who wish to have a healthy life must from good health habits from their childhood itself.
